In random order – smoked Ethiopian Timiz, Java and Chocolate long pepper and some feisty Cambodian Kampot. Each bringing its own perfumey edge, some grizzly and smokey, some sharp and lemony, with zingy floral notes and even a crisp, veggie crunch. ▪▪▪
All that atop a heavily roasted, mildly dry and crisp Baltic porter that sits at a hefty 11%, with a warm embrace in the finish after the absolute gunshow of peppercorn.
