The idea behind this NEIPA DDH was to juxtapose New Zealand hops (Riwaka Nectaron) with American hops (Ekuanot and Mosaic). This transcontinental marriage explores the juicy, tropical, and resinous notes of these two major hop-growing countries. The varieties were chosen to create aromatic complementarity while revealing the most vibrant characteristics of each terroir.
